We're on American Boulevard in Muleshoe — US-84 straight through town — with room beside the building for a truck and trailer. Most drivers are in and out in twenty minutes with the certificate already filed.

That's the part most clinics can't offer. A strip-mall urgent care has you dropping the trailer somewhere or circling for a spot you'll never find. We sit right on US-84 with open ground beside the building, so you pull in whole, walk twenty steps, and get it done. Passing through on the 84 run counts — you don't have to be from here.
Bring your license, your glasses, and your medication list. Most exams run fifteen to twenty minutes, and your certificate is in the Texas system before you're back on the highway. $125, and we can add a DOT drug screen for $50 in the same visit.

Small rosters usually just send drivers to us a few at a time. If you're running enough trucks that pulling them off the road hurts, we'll load the kit and run your exam day at your yard instead — dairies, feedlots, co-ops, ISD barns.

We sit where US-84 crosses US-70, which puts us inside an easy morning's drive of most of the South Plains and the bottom of the Panhandle. Drivers come in from Littlefield and Friona in about half an hour, from Lubbock and Plainview in about an hour. If your fleet sits further out, we'll bring the exam day to the yard instead.
