Run the numbers on your last round of physicals. A fifteen-minute appointment turns into most of a day once you count the drive over, the wait behind a room full of sick patients, and the drive back. Multiply that across a roster and the exam fee stops being the expensive part. So we give you the choice: send drivers to us when they're already rolling past Muleshoe, or keep the trucks where they are and we'll come to the yard.

What a yard day looks like.
- You give us a yard, a quiet room, and a restroom. That's the whole facility requirement — the hearing test is the only part that needs the door shut.
- We set up the full exam kit — vision, hearing, blood pressure, urinalysis dipstick, the works — in a spare office or breakroom.
- Drivers rotate through 15–20 minutes at a time while the rest keep working. Minimum 5 drivers to make the trip worth it.
- Every result is transmitted to FMCSA and TX DPS the same day. For your CDL holders, the state has it before we leave.
- You get a compliance summary: who passed, who's got a short card, who needs a follow-up.
