$125 per exam. That's the price whether you come to the Muleshoe clinic or we run the exam day at your yard — same examiner, same federal exam, same same-day filing.
$50 added to an exam in the same visit, so $175 for both. It's a separate DOT-regulated collection, not the urinalysis dipstick that's already part of the physical.
No trip fee inside the corridor — it's the same $125 a driver, with a 5-driver minimum so the drive is worth making. If your yard sits well out into the Panhandle we'll tell you before we book, not after.
DOT physicals aren't billed to insurance — it's cash or company-paid. Simple.
